When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions and subject to our delivery terms. You must not make any purchase through this website unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries, please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website. Upon receipt of your order, the services will be performed to you in accordance with the terms applicable to the services that you purchased. The nature of the services you purchased, and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of performance of the services. The services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you upon performance of the services.
18. Refunds/Returns Policy
Julep supplies physical, perishable goods and will refund or replace these goods under certain conditions. As the goods are perishable, they are un-returnable. However, if your Julep order arrived at the destination damaged, we will replace or refund them when we are at fault. Your right to a refund is limited by these Terms and Conditions. We will not be liable for any failure to perform where such failure results from any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Julep reserves the right to refund or replace the goods provided that the complaint was reported within 48 hours.
Flowers are a fragile product that requires the recipient to care for them once delivered and this is the responsibility of the recipient. The life-cycle of a flower is highly variable depending on the type of flower and the season and we make no warranties on how long a flower may last. If there is an issue with your order please email hello@julep.co.za with a photograph explaining such issue and we will respond accordingly and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

We are proud of the product we offer and aim for to provide a seamless customer experience. If you are not satisfied with the goods or service, or have questions, please email hello@julep.co.za and we will do our best to solve your problem.
20. Cooling-off period for electronic transactions
The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (ECTA) may apply to your Julep order. If you qualify as a defined consumer under ECTA, you may be entitled to cancel some electronic transactions within seven days, without reason or penalty. This cancellation requires you to return the goods to Julep unused, and in the manner that it was delivered (including packaging). We will refund the purchase price of the goods within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
21. Payment Options and Pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Julep reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
